The Guild Makers
Claire is a prop master and general run-around props person based in Brooklyn. She came to props sideways, through luck and a series of good mistakes. Her favorite section of prop storage is paper ephemera. Her favorite shows to prop have lots of tiny things in them.
Rachel Kenner works as a freelance prop artisan and master around New York, most recently seen at Merrily We Roll Along and Manahatta. Her skills cover a bit of everything, including making friends (see photo).
Alex is a freelance prop master and artisan based in Manhattan. He loves making spreadsheets, turning wooden bowls, and saying “y’all” in professional emails. The first prop he remembers making is the Necronomicon from “Evil Dead: The Musical”, and it’s haunted him ever since.

Ricola is an artist, maker, and designer living in New York City creating and fabricating worlds and items for visual presentations such as commercial merchandising experiences and theatrical performances. Previous projects have included work for the Public Theatre, Nike, Ralph Lauren, PayPal, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Tiffany & Company.
Amanda works as a prop maker and manager around New York City. Like many of her peers she found herself in props by accident, and is particularly passionate about building immersive environments. She has a strong disdain for balloons on stage.
